Joe Vega is a self-taught upcoming artist that has resided in California's San Joaquin Valley for more than 45 years. Joe a mason by trade, has been mastering the oil on canvas medium for more than three decades. Joe is an avid hunter, and fisherman. Joe draws his inspiration from the nearby mountains and streams.
